Choose your bakes挑选产品
Add cakes, bentos or cookies to your order list, with size, flavour and message.把蛋糕、便当蛋糕或曲奇加入订单，并选好尺寸、口味和祝福语。
Pick a date选择日期
Self-pickup or delivery, at least 3 days from today. We bake Tuesday to Sunday.选择自取或外送，日期需在 3 天后。我们周二至周日出货。
Send on WhatsAppWhatsApp 发送
Your order arrives as one tidy message. We reply within the day to confirm the slot.订单会整理成一条清楚的信息发给我们，我们当天回复确认时段。
Pay deposit, done付订金即完成
Pay 50% by PayNow to lock in your slot; the balance before pickup or delivery.用 PayNow 支付 50% 订金锁定时段，余款在取货或送货前付清。
PayNow only. Our PayNow QR and UEN are sent with your order confirmation, never before. Please don't pay until we've confirmed your date.只接受 PayNow。我们会在确认订单时才发送 PayNow 二维码，请在我们确认日期后再付款。

Allergens, storage & sweetness过敏原、保存方法与甜度
Allergens过敏原
Our bakes contain or may contain egg, dairy, gluten (wheat), nuts and soy. We can't promise a nut-free bake. Each item lists its allergens.我们的产品含有或可能含有鸡蛋、乳制品、麸质（小麦）、坚果和黄豆，无法保证完全无坚果。每项产品都注明过敏原。
Storage保存方法
Cream cakes: refrigerate, best within 2 days. Out of the fridge, max 1 hour in our weather. Cookies: 2 weeks in an airtight jar.鲜奶油蛋糕请冷藏，2 天内食用最佳；新加坡天气热，离开冰箱请勿超过 1 小时。曲奇密封保存可放 2 周。
Less sweet, on request可要求少甜
Most cakes can be made about 30% less sweet at no extra cost. Tick "Less sweet" when you add the item.大部分蛋糕可减糖约 30%，不另收费。加入订单时勾选“少甜”即可。

Send us a reference picture, the date and how many people. We'll suggest a size and quote you on WhatsApp.把参考图、日期和人数发给我们，我们会在 WhatsApp 建议尺寸并报价。
Get a custom quote询问定制报价How far ahead do I need to order?需要提前多久预订？
At least 3 days, ordered by 6pm, for everything on the menu. Custom character cakes and orders of more than 50 cookies need 7 days. Weekend slots fill first, so earlier is better.菜单上所有产品至少提前 3 天、并在晚上 6 点前下单。卡通定制蛋糕及 50 片以上的曲奇订单需提前 7 天。周末时段最快满，越早预订越好。
Can I change or cancel my order?可以更改或取消订单吗？
Changes are fine up to 48 hours before your slot. Cancel more than 48 hours ahead and we refund the deposit in full; after that the deposit covers ingredients already bought.取货或送货时段前 48 小时内都可更改。提前超过 48 小时取消可全额退还订金；之后取消，订金将用于已购买的材料。
How does self-pickup work?自取怎么安排？
We send the block and unit number with your confirmation. Message us when you're 10 minutes away and we'll bring the cake down to the void deck.确认订单时会告诉你座号和单位。抵达前 10 分钟发信息给我们，我们会把蛋糕拿到组屋楼下。
Do you deliver to offices and condos?可以送到办公室或公寓吗？
Yes. Add the unit number and any security or loading-bay instructions in the notes. The driver will call the number on your order.可以。请在备注写明单位号码和保安或卸货区的说明，司机会拨打订单上的电话联系你。
Are your bakes nut-free?你们的产品不含坚果吗？
No. Some items contain pistachio or almond, and our home kitchen handles nuts every day, so any bake may contain traces. Each item lists what it contains.不是的。部分产品含开心果或杏仁，家庭厨房每天都会处理坚果，因此所有产品都可能含有微量坚果。每项产品都注明成分。
Can you write a message on the cake?蛋糕上可以写字吗？
Bento cakes include a hand-piped message (up to 20 characters). For bigger cakes, add a chocolate message plaque for S$5.便当蛋糕包含手写祝福语（最多 20 字）。其他蛋糕可加购巧克力字牌，S$5。
Can I order gift boxes in bulk?可以大量订购礼盒吗？
Yes, cookie gift boxes with a printed thank-you card, from 20 boxes. Please WhatsApp us at least 2 weeks ahead so we can plan our baking days.可以，20 盒起可做附印刷感谢卡的曲奇礼盒。请至少提前 2 周 WhatsApp 联系我们，方便安排烘焙日程。
