How it works
How a driveway groom works
Everything happens inside our van, a few steps from your front door. You don't lend us a hose, an outlet or your bathroom.
We text, then pull up
You get an "on our way" text 30 minutes ahead. We park in the driveway or at the curb and meet your pet at the door.
Warm bath, one-on-one
Warm water from our own tank, a shampoo matched to the coat, and a groomer whose only job right now is your pet.
Hand-dried, never caged
Low-heat fluff dry by hand, then brush, trim and finish. No kennels, no cage dryers, no barking dog in the next crate.
Back to your door
About 1.5–2 hours later we walk your pet back inside, show you the finished groom and text the receipt.
Inside the van
A full salon on wheels, built for one pet at a time. It's cleaned and sanitized between every appointment.

Cat grooming
Cats welcome. Quietly.
Cat visits are booked first thing in the morning, before any dog has been in the van. A low-noise dryer, a calm groomer, and no carrier ride to a loud salon.

Policies
Good to know before you book
Short and plain. These keep your pet safe and keep our schedule fair for everyone on the route.
Rabies vaccination required
Every dog and cat needs a current rabies vaccination. Send proof before the first groom; we remind you before it expires.
Matting & shave-downs
Tight mats can't be brushed out safely. Dematting is $15 per 15 min (up to 15 min); beyond that, a short humane shave-down. We text you first.
Behavior & safety
If a pet is very stressed or tries to bite, we stop and call you to talk options. You pay only for work done plus the convenience fee.
24-hour cancellation
Reschedule or cancel free up to 24 hours before your window. Later than that, or if no one is home when we arrive, the $25 deposit is kept.
Deposit & card on file
After we confirm, a secure link saves your card and holds a $25 deposit, applied to your groom. The rest is charged after the groom.
Weather & arrival windows
We groom in rain, snow and heat. If roads are unsafe, you get first pick of new times. Arrival windows are 2 hours.
FAQ
Questions we hear a lot
Do I need to be home the whole time?
Only for hand-off and pick-up. An adult (18+) brings your pet out to the van and takes them back at the end. In between, work, take calls, or do the school run if it's close by: we text when we're about 10 minutes from done.
Do you use my water or electricity?
No. The van carries its own fresh water, water heater and generator, and a separate tank for used water. We don't need your hose, outlet or bathroom.
Is the van safe in summer and winter?
Yes. It's air-conditioned and heated, and the engine is never left idling with your pet inside alone. Your pet is with the groomer the entire time.
Can you groom two pets in one visit?
Yes, back to back. Choose one pet in the form and list the other in the notes; we'll confirm a longer window. You pay the convenience fee only once.

Why does mobile grooming cost more than a salon?
You're paying for one-on-one time in a private, fully equipped van that drives to you. No drop-off, no all-day wait in a kennel, no second trip to pick up.
My dog is anxious at the groomer. Will this help?
Many nervous dogs find it easier: no other dogs, no kennel and no car ride. We go slowly and take breaks. If your dog is truly distressed, we stop and talk with you about next steps.
What payment do you accept? Do I tip?
All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. No checks or cash needed. Tips are appreciated, never expected, and go to your groomer.
Do you offer hand-stripping or show grooms?
Not at the moment. We focus on pet grooms: baths, breed and custom haircuts, de-shedding and cat grooming.
