A few small knots are brushed out free. Larger mats are de-matted at S$15 per 15 minutes, up to 30 minutes per session. If the coat is pelted close to the skin, brushing it out would hurt, so we will call you and clip short instead. Dogs need core vaccines (DHPP), cats need FVRCP, given within the last 12 months or as your vet schedules. WhatsApp us a photo of the vaccination card before the first visit. Puppies are welcome 7 days after their second jab.狗狗须接种核心疫苗（DHPP），猫咪须接种 FVRCP，须在过去 12 个月内或依兽医安排接种。首次到访前，请用 WhatsApp 发疫苗卡照片给我们。幼犬打完第二针 7 天后即可来。
Tell us about skin conditions, heart issues or anxiety when you book. Seniors (10+) get extra breaks. We never sedate, and if a pet is too stressed we stop and call you, charging only for what was done.预约时请告诉我们皮肤问题、心脏病或焦虑情况。10 岁以上的老毛孩会多安排休息。我们绝不使用镇静剂；若毛孩太紧张，我们会停下并打电话给你，只收已完成部分的费用。
