Sound familiar?

Great bakes, messy orders.

Most home bakers start on Instagram and text messages. It works, until it doesn’t.

The same DMs, every day

“What flavors do you have?” “How much is a dozen?” “Do you deliver?” A menu page answers them before anyone messages you.

Order mix-ups

Details spread across texts, DMs and comments: which flavor, how many, which Saturday. An order button sends everything in one message, in the same order, every time.

Rules that depend on your state

Cottage food rules differ from state to state, including what you can sell, how you sell it and what labels you need. Check your state’s cottage food law before you sell. We can add any wording your state requires to your site once you give it to us.

Hard to find for new customers

An Instagram feed is mostly seen by people who already follow you. A website with your city and what you bake can be found on Google by people who don’t know you yet.

What the site includes

  • An allergens note in your words, e.g. “made in a home kitchen that also handles nuts, wheat and dairy”.
  • FAQ and how-to-order page, plus .com domain, hosting, SSL and Google submission.

FAQ

Bakery questions.

Can customers order by regular text, not only WhatsApp?

Yes. Each order button can open a pre-filled text message, WhatsApp chat or email, whichever you use. On a phone, the text opens in the customer’s messaging app with the item, quantity, name and date already filled in.

Is it legal for me to sell baked goods from home?

That depends on your state. Check your state’s cottage food law and any local rules before you sell; we build websites and can’t give legal advice. If your state requires specific labels or a disclosure, send us the wording and we’ll put it on your site.

How do customers pay?

You confirm the order and the total, and the customer pays you directly, the way you already take payment. We don’t sit between you and your money, and we charge no per-order fees.

Which plan do I need?

If you have a full menu with categories, sizes and lots of flavors, choose Catalog + order by text ($2,190). If you sell a handful of best sellers plus custom orders, Business ($1,490) is usually enough. We’ll suggest one when we send your free mockup.

Do I need professional photos?

No. Clear phone photos in daylight work well, and we crop them to fit the site. Missing photos can be added after launch.

How long does it take?

About 7 business days for the Catalog plan and about 5 for Business, counted from the deposit and receiving your menu, prices and photos. We work overnight US time and reply within one US business day.

Can I change the menu for holidays?

Yes. Email us the changes: $45 per edit (up to 30 minutes of work), or the $59/month care plan with up to 5 small edits a month, which also covers your yearly renewal.
