For dog groomers, salon or mobile

Dog grooming websites, book by text.

Services and prices by size and coat, your salon hours or mobile route, and a Book a groom button. Owners enter the dog’s name, breed, weight and preferred day, and a text, WhatsApp or email opens already filled in. You confirm between dogs, not with wet hands on the phone.

Prices by size & coat.com domain in your nameRenewal printed upfront

Booked solid, still on the phone.

Groomers fill their books by word of mouth. Then the phone rings mid-groom.

Calls during a groom

You can’t answer with a dog on the table. A booking request collects the dog’s details and preferred times, so you reply when the dryer is off.

“How much for my doodle?”

Price depends on size, coat, matting and behavior. A clear price table by size and coat type, with a line about de-matting, answers most of it before anyone asks.

Vaccines, no-shows and late cancels

Rabies certificates, cancellation windows, late fees: put them on the site once, in your own words, and link to them when you confirm a booking.

Mobile route chaos

For a mobile van, a list of the ZIP codes you cover and which days you’re in each area keeps requests on your route, not 40 minutes across town.

Everything an owner needs to book.

  • Services and prices: bath and brush, full groom, puppy intro, nail trims, de-shedding and add-ons, priced by size and coat type.
  • A booking request that opens a pre-filled text, WhatsApp or email: dog’s name, breed, weight, service, any matting, preferred day and time.
  • Your salon or your route: salon address and hours, or for mobile grooming the towns, ZIP codes and days you’re in each area.
  • Policies: vaccination records, cancellations and late arrivals, matted coats, senior and anxious dogs, in your words.
  • A gallery of your own grooms (with the owners’ OK), plus .com domain, hosting, SSL and Google submission.
Hi! Grooming request:
Full groom, teddy bear cut
Dog: Biscuit, goldendoodle, about 45 lb
Matting: a little behind the ears
Preferred: Tue or Wed morning
ZIP: 43017
Name: Laurenfrom the Book a groom button on your site
Hi Lauren! Wednesday 9am is open on our Dublin route. A full groom for a 45 lb doodle is $115. Please text a photo of Biscuit’s rabies certificate before the visit 🐾

Your price list is the start.

Snap a photo of your current price sheet or paste it into an email. We lay it out and send it back for your OK.

What to send for your mockup

  • Business name, and the phone number or email booking requests should go to
  • Your services and prices, by size, breed group or coat type
  • Salon address and hours, or the ZIP codes and days for your mobile route
  • Policies: vaccines, cancellations, matting, senior or nervous dogs
  • Phone photos of finished grooms, the salon or the van (with the owners’ OK)

Found by local dog owners

Headings and page titles name what owners search for, like “mobile dog grooming in Dublin, OH” or “doodle grooming”, and we submit the site to Google on launch day.

For map results your Google Business Profile matters as much as the site; we can set it up for $199, and mobile groomers can show a service area instead of a street address. Reviews should come from real customers; we never write or buy them. No one can guarantee rankings.

Try booking on your phone.

Two sample sites for fictional grooming businesses. Lather Lane is a mobile van in the Columbus, Ohio suburbs, with prices by size, a ZIP check and a booking request. Pawfect Corner is a salon layout we made for Singapore, so its prices are in SGD; yours would be in USD with your own services.

Salon, van or home studio.

Both include year one of the .com domain, hosting and SSL. From year two you pay only the renewal shown. You see a free homepage mockup before paying anything.

Our guarantees, from our terms

  • Free mockup, no obligation. We design your homepage first, at no cost. You only pay a deposit if you like it.
  • Full refund before work starts. Cancel after paying the deposit but before we start designing, and you get 100% of the deposit back.
  • Cancel later, owe nothing more. If you cancel once work has started, the deposit and any payments already made cover the work done, and you don’t pay anything further. A domain already registered stays yours.
  • Late because of us? Full refund. If your site is more than 14 business days past the plan’s timeline through our fault (not because content or approvals were pending), you can cancel and get back 100% of what you paid.
  • 30 days of free bug fixes. After launch, we fix technical bugs in our work for free for 30 days.
  • Your domain, no auto-renewal. The domain is registered in your business’s name. Renewals are invoiced at least 30 days ahead and never charged to your card automatically; if you stop, we help move your domain and site files to you.

Grooming questions.

Which plan do I need as a dog groomer?

A solo groomer with a short price list is usually fine with the Landing page ($690). If you want separate pages for services and prices, policies, and your salon or mobile route, choose Business ($1,490), the same setup as our Lather Lane sample. We’ll suggest one with your free mockup.

Can owners pick an exact time slot online?

Not in a live calendar. The booking button sends a request with the owner’s preferred days and times, and you confirm the slot by text. If you already use scheduling software with its own booking link, we can add a button to it.

Can I show different prices for small, medium and large dogs?

Yes. A table by size and coat type is the most common layout, with notes for de-matting, double coats and extra time. Prices can be exact or “from” prices, whichever you prefer.

I’m a mobile groomer. Can the site show which days I’m in each area?

Yes. We list the ZIP codes or towns you cover, and if you run set days per area we show that too, so requests arrive for days you’re actually nearby.

Where do vaccination and cancellation rules go?

In a policies section or page, in your own words: rabies and other vaccine records, how much notice you need to cancel, late arrivals and matted coats. Check your state and local rules for anything required; we can’t give legal advice, but we’ll publish the wording you give us.

Will my grooming site show up on Google?

We submit it on launch day and build headings around your services and area. Nobody can guarantee a ranking, and new sites usually take days to a few weeks to appear. A Google Business Profile matters a lot for map results; we can set one up for $199.

How do owners pay?

You confirm the booking and the price, and owners pay you the way you already take payment, at the salon or at the van. The site takes no payments and we charge no per-booking fees.

How long does it take, and what about price changes later?

About 2–3 business days for the Landing page and about 5 for Business, from the deposit and receiving your prices, policies and photos. We’re based in Batam, Indonesia, work overnight US time and reply within one US business day. Later price changes are $45 per edit, or the $59/month care plan with up to 5 small edits a month.

Fewer calls mid-groom.

Email your business name, city and state, whether you’re a salon or mobile, and your services. We reply within one US business day with a free homepage mockup, no obligation.
