From bare lashes to a soft volume set从素睫到柔和浓密款
A volume set takes about 2 hours and typically lasts 2–3 weeks before your first refill, with proper aftercare. Your artist will adjust length and curl so it still looks like you.浓密款大约需要 2 小时，做好护理一般可维持 2–3 周再补睫。美睫师会调整长度和卷翘度，让效果依然像你自己。

Deposit, cancellation & refunds.订金、取消与退款。
We keep a small number of slots each day, so a deposit helps us hold yours.我们每天名额有限，订金能帮我们为你保留时段。
Deposit to confirm订金确认预约
Paid by PayNow after we confirm your slot on WhatsApp. It is deducted from your bill on the day.我们在 WhatsApp 确认时段后，以 PayNow 支付。当天会从总价中扣除。
Free reschedule or cancel免费改期或取消
Change or cancel at least 24 hours before: we move your deposit to the new slot, or refund it in full by PayNow.提前至少 24 小时改期或取消：订金可转到新时段，或通过 PayNow 全额退还。
Late cancellation临时取消

- Avoid oil-based cleansers and waterproof mascara.避免使用油性卸妆品和防水睫毛膏。
- Brush gently every morning with a clean spoolie.每天早上用干净的睫毛刷轻轻梳理。
- Sleep on your back or side, not face-down.尽量仰睡或侧睡，不要趴着睡。
- Never pull or pick at extensions; book a removal instead.不要拉扯或自行拔除，需要卸除时请预约。
- No water, steam or makeup on lashes/brows for 24 hours.24 小时内睫毛和眉毛避免碰水、蒸汽和化妆。
- Skip saunas and hot yoga for 48 hours.48 小时内不要蒸桑拿或做高温瑜伽。
- Use a little lash or brow serum at night after day 2.第 2 天起，晚上可涂少量睫毛或眉毛精华。
- Brush brows upward each morning to keep the shape.每天早上把眉毛向上梳，保持形状。
- Apply cuticle oil daily; it keeps gel flexible.每天涂护甲油，凝胶更有韧性、不易翘起。
- Wear gloves for washing up and cleaning.洗碗或打扫时请戴手套。
- Don’t use your nails as tools to open cans or peel stickers.不要用指甲开罐子或撕贴纸。
- If a nail lifts, don’t peel it; come in within 5 days for a free fix.如果有翘起，请不要撕掉；5 天内回店可免费修补。

Is this my first time, what should I book?第一次做，该预约哪一项？
For lashes, most first-timers start with a Classic or Hybrid set. For nails, a solid-colour gel manicure is the easiest start. Not sure? Book the closest service and add a note; your artist will confirm the style with you before starting.
睫毛的话，大多数第一次的顾客会从经典款或混合款开始；美甲则建议从纯色凝胶开始。不确定的话，先预约最接近的项目并留言，开始前美睫/美甲师会和你确认款式。
How long do lash extensions last?嫁接睫毛能维持多久？
Extensions shed with your natural lash cycle. Most clients come back for a refill every 2–3 weeks. Refills must be within 21 days with about 40% of lashes remaining.
嫁接睫毛会随着自然睫毛的生长周期脱落。大多数顾客每 2–3 周回来补睫一次。补睫需在 21 天内，并保留约四成睫毛。
Do you do a patch test?可以先做过敏测试吗？
Yes, free on request. Come in at least 24 hours before your appointment for a quick 10-minute patch test, especially if you have sensitive eyes or allergies.

How do I pay?怎么付款？
A S$20 deposit by PayNow secures your slot and is deducted from your bill. The balance can be paid by PayNow, card or cash. Prices are final: no GST or service charge.
预约时先通过 PayNow 支付 S$20 订金，订金会从总价中扣除。余款可用 PayNow、刷卡或现金支付。价格即最终价格，不另收消费税或服务费。
Can I come with a friend?可以和朋友一起来吗？
Yes. We can book two artists at the same time (for example lashes for you and nails for your friend). Mention it in the booking notes or WhatsApp us.
