Soft Hour Lash & Nail Studio (UEN: 00000000X, sample) runs an appointment-only studio in Punggol, Singapore. This policy explains how we handle personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

• Your name and mobile number.
• Booking details: service, date, time and artist preference.
• Anything you choose to add in notes, such as allergies or sensitive eyes, so we can serve you safely.
• Your WhatsApp messages with us.

We do not ask for your NRIC or payment card details on this website.

• 你与我们的 WhatsApp 对话。

本网站不会要求你提供身份证（NRIC）号码或银行卡资料。

• To confirm, change or cancel your appointment and send reminders.
• To process deposits, refunds and gift cards.
• To answer your questions.
• To send occasional promotions on WhatsApp, only if you ticked the optional promo box. You can say “STOP” at any time.

Booking records are kept for 12 months after your last visit, then deleted. Gift card records are kept until 3 months after the card expires. Payment records may be kept longer where the law requires it.

预约记录在你最后一次到店后保存 12 个月，之后删除。礼品卡记录保存至到期后 3 个月。如法律要求，付款记录可能会保存更久。

We never sell your data. It is only shared with services we need to run the studio, such as WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging and your bank for PayNow transfers.

我们绝不出售你的资料。只会与经营所需的服务共享，例如用于讯息联络的 WhatsApp（Meta），以及处理 PayNow 转账的银行。

• Ask to see or correct the data we hold about you.
• Withdraw consent for promotions at any time; this won’t affect your bookings.
• Ask us to delete your data once no booking is pending.

We reply to requests within 30 days.

• 随时撤回接收优惠的同意，这不会影响你的预约。
• 在没有待处理预约时，要求我们删除你的资料。
