Why a catalog

Stop sending the price list again.

If you sell over WhatsApp or Instagram DMs, you probably know these.

“Hi, can I see the menu?”

The same question, the same photos, the same prices, every day. A catalog website turns that into one link you can pin, share and put in your bio.

Social catalogs are hard to find

Products inside Instagram or a WhatsApp Business catalog are mostly seen by people who already follow you. A website can be found on Google by new customers.

Marketplaces take a cut

On a marketplace you sit next to hundreds of competitors and pay fees on every sale. On your own site, customers only see your shop.

A full e-commerce store is overkill

Carts, checkout, gateways and stock syncing cost money and time to run. Many home bakers, florists and boutiques prefer to confirm orders in chat anyway.

How ordering works

They tap Order, the message is ready.

Every product has an Order button. On a phone it opens WhatsApp with the product name, price and fields for quantity and delivery details already written.

You reply as usual: confirm availability, add delivery, send the total. Payment goes straight to you, by PayNow, DuitNow or bank transfer, as shown on your how-to-order page.

Products can be filtered by category, such as cakes, cookies and gift boxes, so customers find things quickly.

Hi, I’d like to order:
Gift Box, Medium (S$45)
Quantity: 2
Name: Mei Ling
Delivery: Tampines, Satfrom the Order button on your site
Thanks Mei Ling! Available for Saturday. Delivery to Tampines is S$12, total S$102. PayNow QR is on the How to order page 🙏
Pricing · SGD and MYR

Same plans, two currencies.

Singapore businesses pay in SGD, Malaysian businesses in MYR. One payment covers the build and the first year of domain, hosting and SSL. From year two you only pay the renewal.

Is it right for you?

Good fit: home bakers, caterers, florists, boutiques, frozen food, plants, spare parts: products customers like to ask about first.

Not a fit: hundreds of SKUs with stock changing hourly, or a must-have card checkout. A full online store or marketplace suits that better.

Try it on your phone.

FAQ

Good questions.

How is this different from a full online store?

A full online store has a cart, checkout, payment gateway and live stock. A catalog website is simpler: customers browse, tap Order, and you confirm in WhatsApp as you already do. It costs less, launches faster, and there are no per-transaction gateway fees.

How many products can I list?

The Catalog plan is sized for a typical small-business catalog. Tell us roughly how many products you have when you ask for the free mockup and we’ll confirm everything fits before you pay a deposit. New products after launch are added as content updates or under a care plan.

How do customers pay?

You confirm the order and total in WhatsApp, and the customer pays you directly. Your how-to-order page can show your PayNow QR (Singapore) or DuitNow QR (Malaysia) and bank details. We never sit between you and your money.

Which currency will I be invoiced in?

Singapore businesses are invoiced in SGD and Malaysian businesses in MYR, at the prices shown on this page. Payment is by bank transfer: 50% deposit after you approve the mockup, 50% before launch.

Can I use PSG or a Malaysian digital grant?

No. Singapore’s PSG and Malaysia’s Geran Digital only cover pre-approved solutions from approved vendors, and we are not one. Our plans are priced to be affordable without a grant.

Can I update prices myself?

Our sites have no admin panel, which keeps them fast and secure. Send us changes on WhatsApp: S$35 / RM40 per change, or a monthly care plan at S$40 / RM120 if your prices move often.

You are in Batam. Is that a problem?

Not in practice. Batam is a short ferry ride from Singapore and close to Johor Bahru, and everything runs over WhatsApp, email and video call. We are one hour behind Singapore and Malaysia time (UTC+7).
