Web design prices for Singapore, all of them.
Every price we charge in SGD: the build, the year-two renewal and each add-on. No “contact us for a quote” for standard plans, and a free homepage mockup before you pay anything.
What you pay, year one and after.
The build price includes the first year of .com domain, hosting and SSL. From year two you pay only the renewal. The 2-year total is the fairest way to compare quotes.

Every plan includes
- .com domain for 1 year, registered in your name
- Fast hosting + SSL (the padlock)
- WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps buttons
- Google Search Console + sitemap
- Up to 3 rounds of changes
- Business email on Business and Catalog plans
What we don’t do
Online stores with automated checkout, and admin panels for editing the site yourself. Leaving these out is what keeps our sites fast and our prices low.
If you need either, another provider is a better fit, and that’s fine. For selling through chat, see our catalog website with WhatsApp ordering.
Add-ons
| Add-on | Price | When you need it |
|---|---|---|
| Content update | S$35 / change | New prices, photos, opening hours |
| Monthly care plan | S$40 / month | Regular updates and checks |
| Extra page | S$120 / page | Beyond the plan’s page count |
| Google Business Profile setup | S$150 one-time | To appear on Google Maps |
| .sg or .com.sg domain | At cost | Instead of the included .com |
Why this price, not more or less.
Two fair questions people ask when they compare us with agencies and with very cheap offers.
Why cheaper than agencies?
We are a small studio in Batam with lower costs than a Singapore office. Our sites are lightweight code on efficient hosting, without page builders or paid plugins to license. And the scope is fixed: no checkout, no admin panel, no account managers. You pay for the website, not the overhead.
Why not a S$300 template?
Some very cheap offers are fine. Before you pick one, check whose name the domain is in, what year two costs, whether hosting is included, and whether anyone sets up Google. A low first invoice can become the most expensive option over two years.
What about PSG?
The Productivity Solutions Grant only covers pre-approved solutions from pre-approved vendors on GoBusiness. We are not one of them, so PSG cannot be applied to our plans. We price them to be affordable without a grant, and with no paperwork.

Price questions.
How much does a small business website cost in Singapore?
Published guides from Singapore web designers put a one-page site at roughly S$800–3,500 and a basic business site at roughly S$1,500–6,000, with agencies higher. Our plans are S$690, S$1,190 and S$1,790 including the first year of domain, hosting and SSL. Our Singapore website cost guide explains what drives the price.
Are there any costs not on this page?
No. You pay the plan price, then the renewal from year two. Add-ons are optional and listed above. A .sg or .com.sg domain, if you want one instead of .com, is charged at cost.
Can I use the PSG grant?
No. The Productivity Solutions Grant only supports pre-approved solutions from pre-approved vendors listed on GoBusiness, and Saffron Kite is not one of them. If a grant-supported package interests you, compare its price after the grant with ours; ours involves no paperwork.
What exactly is “portfolio pricing”?
30% off the build for our first 3 clients. The condition: we may show your website in our portfolio, and you give us a short testimonial when it’s done. Renewals and add-ons stay the same. Once three clients have taken it, normal prices apply.
How do I pay?
A free homepage mockup first, with no obligation. If you like it: 50% deposit, the other 50% before launch, by bank transfer. Invoices are in SGD.
Where are you based?
Batam, Indonesia, about an hour by ferry from Singapore. We work remotely over WhatsApp, email and video call, one hour behind Singapore time (UTC+7).
What happens if I stop renewing?
The site goes offline when the term ends. The domain stays yours, and we can hand over your site files if you move to another provider.
See it before you pay.
Send your business name, what you do and your Instagram. We reply with a free homepage mockup and the exact year-one and year-two cost.
