Yes. Many Batam businesses need both: Indonesian for local customers and staff, English for partners and visitors from Singapore. Tell us at the start and we include it in the quote before you pay anything.
No. We are based in Batam, but everything runs over WhatsApp, email and video call, so it works the same whether you are in Nongsa, Batam Center or spending the week in Singapore.
Businesses operating in Batam are invoiced in rupiah and pay by Indonesian bank transfer. If the website is for a company in Singapore, our SGD plans apply instead; prices are set separately for each market.
The .com domain is registered in your name or your company’s name, never ours. A .co.id or .id domain is possible at cost; .co.id requires Indonesian company documents.
Our sites have no admin panel, which keeps them fast and secure. Send us your changes: Rp 75k per change, or Rp 200k a month for a care plan.
We submit the site to Google Search Console on launch day. Google usually takes days to a few weeks to show a new site, and nobody can honestly guarantee a ranking. For Google Maps you need a Google Business Profile; we can set it up for Rp 350k (help is included in Business and Catalog).
