Florist websites, bouquets ordered on WhatsApp.

Your bouquets, flower stands and prices on one link. Customers choose an arrangement, add a card message, pick a delivery date and slot, and tap Order: WhatsApp opens with recipient, area and timing filled in. You confirm, they pay, you deliver.

Beautiful flowers, rushed orders.

Flower orders are personal and time-sensitive. When the details arrive in pieces, mistakes happen on the busiest days.

Details in ten messages

Bouquet, colour, recipient, address, date, time window, card message, sender’s name. An order button collects all of it in one WhatsApp message.

“Can you deliver today?”

Your same-day cut-off and delivery slots belong on the page, not in your head. Customers who order late can see the next available day themselves.

Peak days

Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and convocation season bring a flood of orders in a few days. A catalogue with clear prices and a pre-order note keeps the queue moving.

Flowers change with the season

Stems vary with what’s available. A short line such as “flowers may be substituted with similar blooms of equal value” sets expectations before anyone pays.

Everything a customer needs to send flowers.

  • Bouquet catalogue: photos, sizes and SGD prices, in categories such as birthday, anniversary, graduation, get well soon, opening flower stands and condolence.
  • Order with card message: recipient name, delivery area, date, time slot and card message, sent to your WhatsApp in one message.
  • Delivery areas and timing: zones and fees, same-day cut-off (e.g. order by 12pm), time slots, and notes for CBD offices and condos.
  • Add-ons: vase, balloon, chocolates or a soft toy, each with its price.
  • Payment and substitution policy: PayNow (the Catalog + WhatsApp plan includes a PayNow QR display), plus substitution, freshness and refund terms written plainly.

Add-on: glass vase
Deliver: Friday, 2–5pm, Tanjong Pagar (office)

Card: “Happy birthday, from all of us on level 12!”sent from the Order button on your site
Hi! Friday 2–5pm to Tanjong Pagar is confirmed 💐 Sending the PayNow QR now. Could you share the full address and a contact number for reception?

Example only: names and prices are illustrative.

Island-wide orders, fewer phone calls.

Most florist questions are about where and when. We lay out your delivery rules so customers can answer them on their own.

Zones customers recognise

Group delivery by area with one fee each, for example CBD and Central, East, West, North and North-East, plus a note for places you charge extra for, such as Sentosa, if you do.

  • Raffles Place
  • Tanjong Pagar
  • Orchard
  • Novena
  • Holland Village
  • Bukit Timah
  • Katong
  • Tampines
  • Jurong East
  • Punggol
  • Woodlands

Cut-off and time slots

Same-day orders until your cut-off, then the next day. Morning, afternoon and evening slots, and a note on peak days if exact times can’t be promised.

Peak-day pre-orders

Before Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day, a banner and a pre-order range can go up as a content update (S$35 per change), then come down after.

Honest product notes

Photos are a guide and stems vary by season. Flower care tips and your refund rules are written plainly, so there are fewer surprises at the door.

No florist sample yet, but the same flow.

We don’t have a florist sample yet. The closest working example is our home bakery sample for a fictional business in Tampines: the same catalogue, order list, delivery zones and WhatsApp order a florist site uses. Tap through it, then ask for a free mockup with your own bouquets.

Pick by range size.

Each plan includes year one of the .com domain (in your name), hosting and SSL. From year two you pay only the renewal shown. Free homepage mockup first. If you like it, you pay in three parts: a deposit before we start, a second payment when you approve the preview, and the final payment before go-live.

Our guarantees, from our terms

  • Free mockup, no obligation. We design your homepage first, at no cost. You only pay a deposit if you like it.
  • Full refund before work starts. Cancel after paying the deposit but before we start designing, and you get 100% of the deposit back.
  • Cancel later, owe nothing more. If you cancel once work has started, the deposit and any payments already made cover the work done, and you don’t pay anything further. A domain already registered stays yours.
  • Late because of us? Full refund. If your site is more than 14 working days past the plan’s timeline through our fault (not because content or approvals were pending), you can cancel and get back 100% of what you paid.
  • 30 days of free bug fixes. After launch, we fix technical bugs in our work for free for 30 days.
  • Your domain, no auto-renewal. The domain is registered in your business’s name. Renewals are invoiced at least 30 days ahead and never charged to your card automatically; if you stop, we help move your domain and site files to you.

Questions we get asked.

Can customers order flowers at night?

Yes. The catalogue is online all the time, and orders arrive in your WhatsApp whenever customers send them. Nothing is confirmed until you reply, so late-night orders simply wait for the morning.

How do I handle same-day delivery?

We write your cut-off time next to the date picker, for example “same-day orders until 12pm”, and list your delivery slots. Orders placed after the cut-off can only choose the next available day.

Can the order include a card message and recipient details?

Yes. The order form asks for the card message, the recipient’s name, delivery area, date and slot. The full address and a contact number can be confirmed in the chat. The form only asks for what the delivery needs, never NRIC numbers.

What about flower substitutions?

Add a short policy, for example “if a stem is unavailable we’ll use a similar bloom of equal or higher value and keep the colour palette”. Customers see it before ordering, which avoids disputes later.

Which plan do I need?

If you sell many bouquets, stands and add-ons, choose Catalog + WhatsApp (S$1,790, up to 50 products with category filters). A smaller range shown as a gallery fits Business (S$1,190).

Can I change bouquets and prices for Valentine’s Day?

Yes. Send us the new range on WhatsApp: S$35 per change, or the S$40/month care plan if you update often. Send peak-day changes a week or two ahead.

Do customers pay on the website?

No, there’s no checkout on the site. Customers send the order on WhatsApp, you confirm, and they pay you by PayNow. Payment goes straight to you; we take no cut of your orders.

Will my shop show up on Google?

We submit the site to Google Search Console on launch day and write it around what people search, such as birthday bouquets or opening flower stands in your area. The Business plan includes Google Business Profile help. No one can guarantee a ranking.

Your bouquets, one tap from an order.

Send your shop name, your area, what you sell and roughly how many items. We reply with a free homepage mockup, no obligation. We’re a web design studio based in Batam, Indonesia, an hour by ferry from Singapore with just a one-hour time difference, working over WhatsApp, email and video call.
