Fully booked, still answering DMs.

Between clients you’re replying to “PM for price”. A clear website takes the questions, so your hands stay on the work.

“How much for gel with nail art?”

Prices hidden in Instagram highlights mean the same question twenty times a week. A price list by category, from gel manicure and BIAB to lash lifts, answers it once.

No-shows and late cancellations

An empty slot costs you a whole appointment. Clients take a deposit rule seriously when they’ve seen it before booking, not after.

Your best work, buried

Your lookbook sits between promo posts and reels. A gallery grouped by style, such as minimal, chrome, French tips, natural or volume lashes, helps clients choose before they arrive.

Hard to find for new clients

People search “gel manicure Tampines” or “lash lift Jurong East”. A website with your services and area can appear for searches like these; an Instagram feed rarely does.

Everything a client needs to book.

  • Price list by category: every service with duration and SGD price: gel manicure, BIAB, gel pedicure, nail art, classic and volume lash sets, lash lift, brow lamination.
  • A booking request: service, preferred date and time, name and phone; WhatsApp opens with it all filled in and you confirm the slot.
  • Deposit, cancellation and no-show policy: how much, how to pay (e.g. PayNow), how late someone can reschedule, and what happens to the deposit, all shown before booking.
  • Lookbook: your own photos, grouped by style and sized to load quickly on a phone.
  • Aftercare and first-visit notes: how long results typically last with proper aftercare, patch tests on request, and what to expect, in careful wording.
Hi! I’d like to book:
BIAB builder gel + simple art
Preferred: Friday 7pm or Saturday afternoon
Name: Rachel
First visit: yessent from the Book button on your site
Hi Rachel! Saturday 2pm is available 💅 To confirm, please PayNow the deposit; it goes towards your service. Free reschedule up to 24 hours before.

Example only: names and prices are illustrative.

Clear prices, careful claims.

Beauty businesses in Singapore are watched closely on pricing and claims. We set up your site to be clear and careful from day one.

No miracle claims

We write “typically lasts 3–4 weeks with proper aftercare”, not “guaranteed 6 weeks” or “100% safe”. Results vary, and your site says so. We don’t make health or medical claims for any service.

Prices that are final

The price on the site is the price at the counter, with no surprise service charge. If you’re not GST-registered, there’s no GST line at all; if you are, displayed prices include it.

No pressure packages

We keep the site to per-service prices and small deposits. If you do sell packages, the validity and refund terms are written next to them, plainly.

Your photos, with permission

Lookbook and before-and-after photos should be your own work, with permission from any client who can be recognised. Stock photos are never presented as your results.

Try it on your phone.

Each plan includes year one of the .com domain (in your name), hosting and SSL. From year two you pay only the renewal shown. Free homepage mockup first. If you like it, you pay in three parts: a deposit before we start, a second payment when you approve the preview, and the final payment before go-live.

Our guarantees, from our terms

  • Free mockup, no obligation. We design your homepage first, at no cost. You only pay a deposit if you like it.
  • Full refund before work starts. Cancel after paying the deposit but before we start designing, and you get 100% of the deposit back.
  • Cancel later, owe nothing more. If you cancel once work has started, the deposit and any payments already made cover the work done, and you don’t pay anything further. A domain already registered stays yours.
  • Late because of us? Full refund. If your site is more than 14 working days past the plan’s timeline through our fault (not because content or approvals were pending), you can cancel and get back 100% of what you paid.
  • 30 days of free bug fixes. After launch, we fix technical bugs in our work for free for 30 days.
  • Your domain, no auto-renewal. The domain is registered in your business’s name. Renewals are invoiced at least 30 days ahead and never charged to your card automatically; if you stop, we help move your domain and site files to you.

Questions we get asked.

Can clients book a slot directly?

The site sends a booking request with the service and preferred time to your WhatsApp, and you confirm. It isn’t a live calendar that blocks slots automatically, which suits artists whose service times vary.

How should I show my deposit and cancellation policy?

Next to the Book button and in a short policies section: the deposit amount, how to pay, whether it goes towards the service, how late clients can reschedule, and what happens on a no-show. Clients should see it before they book.

I work from home. Is that a problem for the website?

No. The site shows your area and nearest MRT, and the exact unit is sent only with the booking confirmation. If you run a home-based business, check the HDB or URA home-based business rules that apply to you.

What wording do you avoid?

Claims that can’t be proven, such as “guaranteed”, “100% safe”, “no damage” or “best in Singapore”, and any health or medical claims. We use careful wording like “typically lasts 3–5 weeks with proper aftercare”.

Can I ask clients about allergies?

You can add an optional question with a short note on why you ask. The form only asks for what the appointment needs, never NRIC numbers, and the answers go to your WhatsApp rather than being stored on the website.

Which plan do I need?

Most studios choose Business (S$1,190): up to 5 pages for services, lookbook, policies, about and contact, plus a business email. A solo artist with a short list can start with the Landing page (S$690).

Can I update prices and the lookbook?

Yes. Send new prices or photos on WhatsApp: S$35 per change, or the S$40/month care plan if you update often.

Will my studio show up when people search my area?

We submit the site to Google Search Console on launch day and name your services and area clearly on the page. Google usually takes days to a few weeks to show a new site. No one can guarantee a ranking, so be wary of anyone who does.

Your price list, finally in one place.
